On November 17th and 18th, 2025, the partners of the JustUrbanities project gathered in Potenza, Italy, for the third Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM), hosted by the partner organization Euro-Net.
These two intense days were crucial for reviewing the first year of activities and planning the next steps. During the working sessions, the consortium discussed the results of the “Needs Assessment” presented by ATU and analyzed the good practices collected by Stadtlabor. CRN shared the outcomes of the local “Foresight” workshops, while Euro-Net presented the results of the game tests, highlighting valuable feedback for improving the game dynamics and narratives.
A significant focus was dedicated to planning upcoming events, specifically the “Local Game Jams,” the online conference scheduled for December 17, 2025, and the next training activity (LTTA) to be held in Reggio Emilia in January.
Beyond the technical work, the meeting was enriched by important field visits to explore the local context and real urban challenges:
- Visit to the Bucaletto neighborhood: The partners conducted a study visit to Bucaletto to deepen their understanding of the dynamics in this specific urban area.
- Visit to MOON: The group also visited MOON, identified as a significant example of good practice and cultural innovation within the city of Potenza.
The meeting strengthened the synergy among partners, laying solid foundations for the creation of the project handbook (WP3 Handbook) and the future development of game-based learning tools.
